If it were condensation, I'd expect to see it on the hoses on both sides. One good question - are the hoses clogged? With the sunroof open, slowly pour some water into the sunroof drain (a watering can does well here) while you peek through the gap between the sunroof and headliner. If you're somehow leaking at that joint, this test will tell. But if the water backs up in the hose or drains very slowly, that could be the trouble.
The drain comes out at the back of the car - you'll see where by the water draining out. Sometimes dirt and leaf bits get caught in the drain and clog it up. If the water backs up, it will make it over the top of the pan, and may be following the hose down, and that's where the water is coming from. Also that hose is a silicon hose that can lose some stretch over time (especially being in a sun-baked roof) - if the water is flowing slowly, it might have found a little path out. I know I've sometimes added hose clamps and that's helped.
But try a watering can and a flashlight, and see if that casts some light on the problem.
