I just shot from the hip on that comment, what with all the pictures and stories of people able to open the doors and get out of the destroyed SAAB afer a collision. It does give me confidence.. But I went to the Insurance Institute's Crash Site and looked up the Toy Cam. and it is impressive! I don't like what I saw on the 9-5's right leg report either! I wonder if could get a donor 9000 to them for an offset test???
But please do note the Toy is classed not with the 9000, it is a midsized inexpensive class in 97-01 while our 9000's are midsized luxury. Since 93 the 9000's have out done OTHER cars in Sweden for safety per the Swedish Insurance Group Award. vo-what.
