The fog lights are contolled by a switch, which controls a relay (under the hood) which switches on the lamps. On my 91 9kT, connections to both the relay and the dash switch failed. Clean the contacts.
The cruise control often fails to operate when the vacuum valves which are attached to the brake and clutch pedals go out of whack. Remove the panel under the dash, and locate the vacuum valves on the pedal arms. Hold the pedal down, and pull the plunger of the valve out until it clicks. Repeat with the other pedal (unless you have an auto trans, of course). If this doesn't work, suspect a leaky vacuum hose, or a bad vacuum pump. If the (expensive) pump (located behind the false bulkhead) is bad, switch the cruise control off, and never think about it again.
