Picked up my '97 CSE today, got a few questions.

Firstly I would like to thank all those who answered my questions/ offered advice and allowed me to make a more informed decision than I otherwise would have when selecting this car. The car checked out well with the Saab dealer (compression figures between 190 and 195psi across all cylinders) with only a few minor things needed like a bulb here and there. I noticed driving home on the highway that the coolant temp. remained quite low within the normal range. I sort of expected the needle to be more or less horizontal in the middle of the range but I don't know this car well enough to make that assumption. Maybe the thermostat is stuck open. What do you think? Also there was a strange buzzing noise coming from the dash (around where the seat warmer/ clock controls are) that remained on while driving and for a couple minutes after I turned the car off before finally becoming silent. Is this normal?
