Only by adding external power amplifiers. This is really not dificult to do, especially if you use an amp with speaker level inputs so you don't even have to run new wires all over the car.
HOWEVER:
The absolute simplest way to increase the volume/dynamic range of your system is to add a subwoofer. A single 10" driver in a small (1 cu ft.) sealed cabinet in the trunk will give you more than enough bass. Then you can remove or "roll off" the bass to your other speakers which will allow them to play louder and cleaner with the same power.
Now, don't disregard this because you think that subwoofers are just for stupid kids trying to show-off and rattle out their fillings, a subwoofer is a crucial component to any high end car audio system. IMHO the most valuble task of a subwoofer is to help increase midrange accuracy and clarity in the other speakers in the system. I could go on and on...
so if you have other questions, email me or post them on the BB.
Enjoy!
