I used a 1/2 inch drive, 2 ft bar with a 5 foot pipe and it broke my 1/2 drive bar. I have also been using PB BLASTER in hopes that it would help, but no luck. I then tried a 250 lbs torque impact air wrench. No luck with that either. I would have had the engine pieces & head at the machine shop by now, but this stupid bolt is getting in the way and ruining my fun if you know what I mean. It is soaking with PB BLASTER over the night, and I will try again tomorrow. If no luck tomorrow, I guess I need to buy a torch unless any of you have any ideas. I hate buying $40 tools for just 1 bolt.
