Although it's possible, unless you had a pretty thick finish put on them, I doubt that the Saab nuts would have jammed in there.
It's probably simply that the washer on the nuts you bought is too large to pass through the hole for the nut in the Incas. I know the Incas have the nuts in there pretty deep.
To get them out, you'll have to do one of two things: Heat up the wheel from the back with a heat gun, and hope the nut falls out of its own accord when the aluminum expands, or get a long brass drift and punch them out from the back. What also may help is if you try to turn it out as someone else pushes with a drift from the back (the reverse of how it got in there...
The Saab nuts DO NOT have a washer for the 99/900 wheels that take the flat nuts (Soccerballs, Incas, Shelbys, TRX, etc.).
