Karl's site mentions the upper A-arms are different and have to be swapped also. This means pulling the engine and gearbox, and having to deal with the front springs. Then after you re-install the engine, what will happen if the drives don't work? It means you will have to remove the engine again, restore the original A-arm(mess with the springs again), and re-install the original axles and brakes. Unless someone has definitely done this with 100% success, and can outline every component needed before you attempt it, I wouldn't bother. But regardless if someone outlines it, you will still need to pull the engine to swap the A-arms.
I also note that he mentions having to use the original rear springs with the up-dated rear axle because the upper seats are different. If your springs are already sagging, what's the benefit of not being able to up-grade them too?
You mention "little or no trouble", but it seems like too much work and potential trouble to me.
