LJB, I feel your pain. These aren't that easy to come by in any condition. They were a lousy design to begin with. How many intake bolts have sheered off on you? There is room to beef that up to have a second bolt on the intake to eliminate that. I'd suggest taking some measurements and adding a lip to do that. You could beef up the whole unit with an added plate on top and it would look new. For it to break, it sounds like it was not aligned. There is a Service bulletin that shows the proper shimming of it with a parts breakdown and procedeures. It is in the service bulletin manual if you have access to it. It is important to use the collard bolts rather than full thread ones if you do have a bolt break (for removal of bad bolt). If you can't get to that bulletin, let me know and I'll get you a copy.
