Chances are you'll run into some snags but most will probably not be with the engine right off. The fuel system will probably be shot but who knows. In a relatively dry climate and and empty tank you might be ok. The stuff glazes everything when it sits forever so the fuel dist. is usually stuck and the injectors are usually clogged. Not a big deal to swap as you have the 900s wearing the same stuff at that point.
The engine seals will probably be bad. The oil HAS to be changed and you can imagine the water pump is going to be messed up. you may want to take some stuff apart first, look up marvel mystery oil or something, and get it so you can turn the engine over by hand. Who knows. I had a 99 that had been sitting in SLC for about 8 years. With a new fuel pump and dist. the thing fired right up.
Good luck.
Dan
