With the drain plug in the bottom? If so, then there could still be a gallon of nasty fuel still in there(there was in my 78T when I drained it by the plug). I ended up removing the tank to get the rest of it out, then flushed the tank with POR15 Marine Clean and lots of water. As far as the lines and rest of the system, I would suspect the fuel distributor to be gummed up, as could be the injectors too. Once you get the tank cleaned out and a decent pump in there, I would try to hot wire the injection system, then flush it out thru the injectors.
