Hi Larry,
Thanks for the suggestion. I definitely hit the wall yesterday with the car. I'm not throwing in the towel yet though.
Well, it might be the injectors. They seemed to be misting but it was hard to see because the buckets I used were white. They make a strange noise though. Like a creaky door. They whine. (the car sat for about 12 years)
Could you clarify something? Do the injectors spray only when the air sensor plate is actuated? When I pull up on the plate they spray (and whine) but when I let go they stop. So what I'm not clear on is when I'm cranking the engine to try and start it are the injectors closed? or does cranking the engine suck enough air in to move the sensor plate. Hope that makes sense.
Anyway, thanks. I'll check the injectors next weekend.
