Thanks guys! I managed to come in from the front of the emergency brake lever with a screw driver and tapped the prawl loose. After working the lever a few times it finally started to loosen up some. Got the car running after blowing air back through the gas tank line, (it was plugged)
then pressurizing the gas tank a little and draining out the old gas through the gas line. Finally took it for a spin. Runs beautiful!! I ran out of gas or the line plugged again and I had to have a pull home the last 1/4 mile. That turned out to be exciting with very little to no brakes. I quess the next step will be to bleed brake lines and see what happens.
