Just search this board for "brake master" and you will get some part numbers and some conversion possibilities. I believe a kit can be had for the cylinder, check the usual suspects such as Chip Lamb. This is not a trivial cylinder to rebuild and most I have seen have pits in the bore to the point that at best they will be short-lived without resleeving. Conversion to other cylinders has been done, not a beginner=level job as it involves converting brake line fittings and other stuff, but once done to utilize a readily-available cylinder, replacement is a snap and you can go buy a new one cheap.
Best advice is to flush/exchange your brake fluid every two years, this will get old moisture-laden fluid out of the system and greatly prolong life of all hydraulic components. This goes for all vehicles. Most mfrs are coming around to a similar recommendation in their maintenance schedules.
