Check the release bearing fork for wear.
It ought to not take long to do the job, providing you have a clean tidy area and organized.
You can leave in the tranny and simply elevate the engine after loosening the two nuts from the motor mounts...and wedging a block beneath the tranny so the engine can slide out.
Change all the clutch parts, and check the flywheel for wear.
I would say two to five hours depending on your speed and skill.
