Definitely restorable. By the way, it is a 93; not a 93F which is a 1960(last year for the 93) with front door hinges. The one listed in the auction is the rare one among 93s as it has the split windscreen. By pictures, it is not easy to tell, and the seller does hint that it needs total restoration. I find that they rot at the rear wings to the body; and it is very common. It is hard to tell by the pictures, even though the seller typed that it has no filler.
By the way, all 93s had filler at the roof right about the rear window, as this is where the factory joined the sheet metals. If one set aside the interesting shape of the early Saabs, the next factor would be the two stroke engine. For someone to truly enjoy this car, then that person would be a lover of the corn popper engine, and not into speed; hence a person who does not mind traveling in the right lane, and not going over sixty miles per hour. But the body seams in very good condition from the pictures.
It reminds me of a 93 I travled a far distance to see, which looked stunning in photos, yet turned out to be a disappointing bondo mobile.
It is a cool car, yet one of the last things I need to add to my sick stable..
