Use the Hollinder computer for the 99 windshield interchange and it said only the SAAB 99 '69-80 for the windshield. I then did a parts locate on the network and found several places indicating they had the windshield out already, or still in tact in the vehicle, hence the possibility of the 99 sway bars possibility for tri bri... The windshield prices as listed for retail are stated when posted.
Those stating they had the windshield out of the cars (stripped) are:
Brandywine in Md. has 7;
Midway in NJ has 1 ($60.00);
Capitol in PA has 1 ($65.00);
Deerfot of PA has 1 ($50.00);
Gallo of NY has 1;
Don's of NY has 1;
Stewart of Conn. has 1 ($55.00);
Bedford of Ohio has 1;
A & J of NY has 1;
Walling in Conn. has 1;

For windshields in the car, and possible sway bars:
Vogt's of Md has 1;
All Ford ??? of PA has 1;
Auto Salvage of NY has 1.

Hope this helps, will check sway bar interchange tomorrow, or call your local junk/salvage yard. Most of these salvage yards are "exchange partners" so the out of town junkyard will ship the parts to the salvage yard near you, if you ask nicely :<).
