The last time I got those exhaust gaskets (from a Ford Industrial Power dealer) the parts guy told me there were only four in the US parts system at the moment... so I bought all four. That doesn't mean there will never be more -- probably just that they won't order any more from Germany or wherever until they need a big enough batch to justify it.
If you can find one, it might be worth a try to see if a gasket for a 1.6 liter Fiesta would fit. The Fiesta had an inline engine instead of a V4, but it was also from Ford Cologne and a lot of the external parts are similar.
If you can't find something, though, you can make really nice exhaust gaskets out of 1/16" or similar copper sheet, which you usually can get at a hardware store. All it takes is a hole saw, a drill, and a pair of metal snips -- the copper is soft enough to work easily. The best way to get the right shape is to salvage enough of your old gasket to use as a pattern.
These gaskets seal up really nicely, resist high temperatures, and won't seize onto the cast-iron exhaust outlets. If you're worried about leaks, try a smear of Victor Muffler Mender on each side of the gasket before you assemble the joint.
