Congrats on the engagement by the way, but on with the NG900. The SE Turbo is the most fun. I do not know much about the a/c, but I have heard that on a NG900 it can get reaaally expensive. The other thing that tends to fail in these models is rear engine seals, the clutch cable (not a big deal but some have had it snap frequent), DI casettes, middle and upper idler pulleys, and ignition switches. A few other things are sunroof drain lines getting clogged(easy to fix)and Sid and ACC loosing lines of pixels. Personally, I love my NG900 even though it is an S model, my dad had a '97 900SE that he loved as well, now he owns a 99 9-3SE. These cars have tuning potential as well, lots of exhaust and computer upgrades available. If you do buy a NG900 buy the manual by Haynes. It helped me out quite a few times. Good luck to you!
