If you have a 4 cyl engine, I think eEuro's price is around $40 depending on which one. Replacing is pretty easy if you have the tools (If not, a decent tool set should cost less than $100). Pass side takes three bolts/ Dirver Side takes 4 bolts. Just has to prop up the engine/tranny with an extra floor jack ($15 and you get to keep it when you are done). If doing it your self does not sound appealing, a good mechanic should be able to do it in less than 30 minutes. $200 is way too much. I'd say $60 for parts, $50 for labor, MAX. See if you can find an Independent Saab Mechanic who will install your parts. Then you can save a little more.
