This is the 9-5 V6 but it's almost identical to the NG900 V6 tensioner.
I am not sure if it was a TSB issued for the tensioner kit replacement.
The only thing I have seen is a letter from the TSOM (Technical Services Quality Manager) Richard Miller sent out to all Saab dealers, service managers, parts managers and warranty administrators here in US.
It says code 215 on it and they might be able to look it up in http://saabiris/IRIS/reference/serviceR????????? (I don't have the full URL)
I don't know if Canada is under the same rules and regulation as US when it comes to technical litterature over the IRIS system, but the dealer should know.
