I live in Merrimack, and have a 95 900s with 115k on the clock. Last fall, the car died in my drivway. Cranked but wouldn't catch. Had AAA tow it to Saabworks in Amherst (at the old SAABS.COM) location. The guys kept it there for the next day and tried a bunch of things. Magically, it started back up and would do so without a hitch after that. Went to pick it up, and they just handed me the keys and said "we worked on it but it fixed itself, so we're not charging you". Wow - I was shocked. Figuring it might be the fuel pump (sort of what the symptoms were), I asked for an estimate and they told me it would be like $350 to replace it with a new one, if I ended up needing it. From what I've seen here, the price was a very good one.

So, while I haven't actually had them repair something, their practices (and the fact that there were plenty of Saabs being repaired there) would definitely make me go there. I typically DIY most of the stuff myself....
