Wow, this is good info to know.. I just today bought a 1997 900 SE Turbo with 104K miles from Saab Nashua North.
Car seems nice and they seem very meticulous - at least from my newbie perspective. They seem to have an awesome customer care package and it appears their biz is definitely built around servicing saabs - which scares me as I don't really consider myself a DIY and would rely on a good saab mechanic. I can tell they are not going to be cheap. :-(
I live in Milford and undersand Saabworks and Saab.com are both owned by the same guy - who happens to be an ex-mechanic of Saab Nashua North.
Anyway, my intention is to try SNN intially to feel them out for pricing and service, but have a feeling I'll end up somewhere else.
I also work in MA and would be interested in hearing the names of some good Saab mechanics in the Burlington areas or Rt 3 stretch.
Thanks,
Llama
