YOu are probably ok on the head. The reason for doing one bolt at a time is so as not to loosen the head too much and risk unseating the head gasket. If I were putting a new head on an engine, I'd do it the way you did it. If you are very retentive, and have the time, retorquing the head the specified way won't hurt, and replacing the bolts at the same time won't hurt either, except for the outlay of a little $. If it were my car, I'd probably leave it.
At around 60-65k I had the input shaft seal, the shifter shaft seal and both output shaft seals replaced. It's not uncommon for those seals to go bad, but if you've had a recent oil leak, just wipe everything down well and keep an eye on it. With any luck there won't be a fresh leak.
