First off, I want to say thanks!! I've lurked on this board quite a bit and have solved quite a few problems. But this one has me stumped.
I have never been able to get my boost past the "white". Here's what I've done so far:

1. Changed spark plugs (NGK). Ensured proper gap .035-.037
2. Tested BPV. I seems to have proper vacuum tension and remains open in idle.
3. Replaced hosing from BPV to TB with silicone hoses. Also replaced hosing from TB to valve cover, the check valve and the valve cover Y nipple. <Note to others: don't manhandle the check valve or nipple...they snap easily :) >
4. Removed and checked the BPC. Air flowed fine. Disconnected hose to wastegate actuator and proceeded with "Dean's famous full boost fuel-cut off" drive. Still didn't see boost go past "white".
5. Checked wastegate actuator movement. Although it takes a little force to move the arm, I really didn't have to put that much muscle into it. From reading other posts, I was expecting to really have to tug to get it to move.
6. Removed intercooler. No holes or broken fins noted. Actually seemed in pretty good shape for being almost 10 years old.
7. Removed, cleaned and inspected all hoses associated with turbo system. In order of route: Air box to turbo, line between airbox and BPV, BPV to IC, IC hose to metal linkage, metal linkage to turbo. All hoses appeared in good condition, no major dry rot noted. Reconnected all hoses and clamped them HARD.
8. Removed, cleaned and inspected hoses from TB to IAC and back. Also cleaned out IAC and throttle body.
9. Removed, cleaned and inspected hoses from BPC to wastegate and turbo. All were in good shape and not blocked.
10. Scratched my head and cursed at the wife for asking when I would be done.

So, I am envoking the collective knowledge of the BB. Any thoughts or suggestions? I've owned "Black Saabath" for 4 months now and absolutely love it. If I could only pass some Daewoos and Geo Metros I'd be even happier!
