95 - 900SE Convertible - Is it worth fixing up.

Please help me decide. I am trying to figure out if I should spend the money and refurbish my wifes 900SE for its 10 birthday or just let it die a slow death. In Feb. it will be 10 years old and since it only has 103,000 miles I suspect it will only have about 110,000 by then.
Well, as you can expect, I have had to fix many of the known problems: convertible motor brace, window switches, clutch cables (about 5 of them), new clutch, fixed busted headlights, new pullys, air conditioner hoses, brakes, plus basic maintenance.
It appears that I will need a new top soon: (rear window) falling back, new leather seat covers (they are not looking good now), new front struts & rear shocks, tires (4), a few clutch cables, and who knows what else. I figure I will drop at least $3 - $4,000.
Question is - is this worth it? Will the engine and trans last (Mobil 1 since 40K) to 250K plus?
I am curious about you opinions.
Thanks
Ray
