i've had my '96 900 for a little more than a year. i've got 3 (or so) leaks and i was wondering if anyone had similar problems and knew the solutions. i'm a car novice but learning what i can...

1) passenger floor leak. drip has not been observed. i've read somewhere on the internet it might be the air conditioning / heating? i pulled back the carpet to try to observe and thought it was coming through the foam (firewall?) since it was quite wet, but now i think it might've been dripping on the foam from above.

2) trunk leak from above. i removed the ceiling to get at the sunroof hoses (since that's what i thought the problem was), but everything was fine with them. i see the water beading at a seams on both the lefthand and righthand sides, but i think that problem might be the trunk hinges. it's not dripping right where the hinges are, but a little closer to the door.

3) brakelight leak on each side. i have observed this leak and was wondering if i can repair the seal somehow or if i need to get some new brakelights at a junkyard.

4) rear wheel well rust (both sides). those are struts coming up through the wheel wells, right? well, the wheel wells aren't rusted that i can see, but the struts are a little rusty. i haven't noticed it for a while but back when i first got the car i observed some water in the trunk and took off the floor and side carpets. i saw that the struts were rusty and thought that maybe the rear wheels were kicking up water and it was getting in through there. this might just have been water from leak #3, but i also found some very find sand around the wheel wells. is this a potential leak area or am i crazy?
