Search for more on this topic on this board or the 9-3 board and you will find that the solution is not replacing rotors but burning off rotor deposits by bedding in your pads (getting things hot). The current theory is that non-racing rotors don't warp but a transfer of material from pad to rotor causes them to perform as if warped. There have been several threads on this topic. It doesn't cost at thing to try.
The basic concept is a series of near stops, like from 60 mph to 5, until the pads are hot enough to smell. Maybe 6 times or so and brake hard, like a near-panic stop. Don't stop and hold the brakes when they are that hot or you will have to repeat the process. Ideally you will need 5 miles of abandoned road to get things hot and then drive without braking to let things cool down.
