Non saab-specific advice:
You won't be able to tell by looking at the plugs where the oil is coming from. All burnt oil will end up looking the same.
Look in your rear view mirror for smoke. 2 quarts in 2500 miles will result in smoke at least some of the time.
Smoke on Startup = worn valve guides or seals.
Smoke on Decelleration = leaking turbo oil seals (and/or valve guides)
Pull the 90 degree pipe going into the throttle body and look for oil. A little is normal (on most cars, non-specific advice here) but a lot is a good indication of bad turbo seals.
Otherwise, pull the rubber intake pipe off the compressor and feel the radial play in the wheel.
