The answer depends on how many miles that you drive a year. If you make a number of short trips where the engine does not get to run much after getting fully warmed up, that is quite hard on the oil and changes then have to be at a lower number of miles. M1 0W40 is excellent for your engine and you should be able to feel that the engine runs smoother.
Castrol is a group III oil, a highly hydrocracked dyno oil, AKA FakeTec(tm). Mobil one is a fully synthetic base stock.
