Depending on which headlight you have, there is a little hole on the car FRAME through which you can put a LONG (>6inches) Phillips screw driver. This would allow you to rotate a little knob which in turns changes the vertical alignment. Inside the headlight there is a small level you can use to "aim" the light to a correct level position. If I recall most people on this board seem to agree that a 0 position in the inside level DOES NOT equal a properly adjusted lamp. But it is a start.
