new clutch gone bad

please hep me here before i go crazy. 2 months ago i bought a ng for my wife to replace the og which has been completley problem free and i still havent even thought about parting with it. the ng had 99k and a heavy clutch but seemed ok otherwise so i bought it, replaced the clutch and the cable and it seemed much better. after driving it today (after only 600 miles from new clutch)i beleive that it is the same as it was previously? it wasnt done by a dealer but i have had this mechanic fit about 5 clutches to different cars (no saabs though) and his workmanship has always been excellent. he has given me 2 years guarantee should the clutch fail but i just want the car to be right, i am also sure i can hear the flywheel or clutchplate or somthing? i also have replaced the gear oil as advised by the clutch fitter and put in about 3.5 litres of semi synth gear oil? i just think somthings wrong but everybody says its just me! even if i go hydro the noise will still remain so i am stressed and feel like selling it for as much as i can and spend the money making the og special! so what should i do? i would like the ng to be 100% or at least 90!
