Coolant Leaking Question.

I have a bad Coolant leak on my 97 900se turbo (120K miles) and can see that its leaking on the right side of the car near the oil filter. Well, I crawled under the car and can see coolant fluid driping fome the plastic cowl and the oil filter is pretty close to it. I looked around the engine following the hoses best I could and see no leaks from the top down. I am in AZ. and Saab dealers are rare and tend to cater to those who dont care about cost so I was hoping someone who has had a leak in the same area and can let me know if I may be facing the dreaded cylinder head leak or if its probably a hose (none have ever been replaced). Sorry about being vague-the coolant is pretty much coming straght out and looks as clean as when I put it in.
