I don't recommend for a regular DIY to replace the inner seal. It is a little bit of tinkering, first to drive the lock pin out of the bottom of the shaft and than to pry off the cover over the seal.
After the new seal is in place, the metal cover needs to be pushed back into it's position and that can be tricky.
It is also important to keep track of the drive tab in the bottom of dirstributor since it is offset. If you get it on 180 degree off, you will alter the firing order on plug wires.
I charge 1 hour to do this.
