Your Washers are a simple problem, start at the tank and follow the hosing all the way up to the washer jets, chances are you'll find one of the hoses clamped shut, pinched or broken.
The heater hoses are fairly simple to replace, you just remove the clamps on either side of the hose and clamp in the new one... Make sure you have a clean pipe and a snug fitting hose.
If your are replacing the radiator hose, by all means doo both, but I suggest letting a mechanic do this for you since the bottom hose can be tricky... by the way it sound like you might want to shop around for a new mechanic since it takes your current one one hour to diagnose your windshield washers...
For all the rest of your problems, thake that baby to a trained mechanic, by the way my 95 900SE Convertible communicates with a Tech 1 comp. and that inverted triangle with an exclamation mark is your "checkk engine" lighht, which probably means, if it's running smoothly that you need a new oxigen sensor, at any goodyear store in your area it would cost about $125. to replace.
Good luck with your toy...
