Roughneck idea but what about ripping the sensor right off and getting another off a junkyard car. With it out of way, get a vise grip onto the bolt and remove it, then oil the threads of a new bolt or the one from the junkyard car before reinstalling. Or is it bolted into a removable item like the oil pump cover in which case go for removing that so you can get at the problem in the shop?
