Control arms and tire questions

Hello all,
It's winter here in Massachusetts and I am in a bit of a jam. It's more or less money wise. Right now, I am broke. My car is in dire need of tires. I took off the Vikings and put on the 15's with Michelins. The Vikings had 2 tires that were bald. Now the Michelins have 2 tires that are bald. As of tonight one of them even is flat. I plan on e-filing my tax returns so I get them back fast. On top of this, my car cannot get an alignment. The lower left balljoint is on its way out. Don't know why, but it has been on its way out since 110k miles. Now, it's at 140k miles. What should I do? I want Falken 512s. Without install it's going to be 330, with I am figuring 400. As for the arm my parts guy can get me a control arm for 120 bucks. How much labor is involved in the arm install? Then there would be alignment, 55 bucks. Thats a bit over 700 dollars. Can I get away with doing the tires now and the arm later like in June? But, then I put the tires at a point of wearing wrong. The Vikings that were in the front wore pretty even for the most part. One tire was slightly off, but they wore down pretty close to each other. Give me advice on what to do. Thanks in advance.
