TCS Issues, Speedo, ABS

So - new (to me) '94 900 V6, 112k mi. When I test drove it, the TCS would come on at very very bad moments - like when pulling out into traffic, accelerating from a stop, etc. We had it fixed, and whatever they did worked for about a week. Now the same problems are recurring. When I start the car, I can get about 3-4 minutes of good, solid, flawless operation - and then the light comes on, and I can't accelerate, and so I have to turn it off. Not THAT big a deal, except for the fact that whenever the TCS craps out, so does my speedometer. It will either be resting at zero or violently oscillating in a 20 mph range. This is NOT something I want to be driving with. In addition, the check ABS light is on, yet I can feel them working when I'm stopping in the snow. Which of these are related? And can I fix any of them myself? Thanks!
