In my case, once a pulley started to make noise, the bearing fell apart in less than a week of normal city/hw driving. Whatever you are hearing is not that immediate.
I assume you replaced the belt at the same time, so you should be ok. That leaves the tensioner pulley which does not have many reports of failure. I would inspect the waterpump and tensioner pulley, replace the thermostat if bad, have the alternator tested, put a gallon of 50/50 coolant premix and a couple quarts of oil in the trunk and drive it.
(reason for the spare belt is that if you worry it is slipping for some not-so-obvious reason, it might break before anything else goes bad)
