When I pulled to motor today and removed the u-joint, it was apparent that the ears on the motor side yoke of the u-joint are spread about 2 mm compared to the cylinderical end. Would you attemp to vise them back to their original location or just use a longer pin. Hate to break one of theose ears but for $160, I could spend a lot of time dressing a weld if it happened. The drive shaft from the motor is also twisted a few degrees due to misguided force. Is this what people here are talking about when they say the shaft "bent" Can this be accomodated for in programming within reason?
