My affordable Handling package (For my '95 SET Conv) consist of
Taliafero 6 Points Subframe Brace 236.00 + Shipping
Taliafero Rear Anti-Roll-Bar 90.00 + Shipping
Bilstein Touring Shocs/Inserts (All 4) 289.00 + Shipping on eBay
The brace makes a significant difference on both ride and handling. Now the suspension is doing it's job absorbing the bumps instead of the bumps 'torqing' the chassis and jolting the car.
The anti-roll bar has also made a noticeable difference with less body roll, better turn-in, and a whole lot less understeer.
The shocks make the car tighter with no front-end wallow, better cornering, and actually imrproving the ride by eliminating a lot of undue up and down motion
The combination transformed the car to such an extent that you wonder why Saab did not put such a setup as standard or at least optional equipment.
Nick Taliaferro took good care of me and my only regret is to not have done this sooner.
