Since it is a 1995 I wouldn't bother doing a head gasket retorque. It have never been any big problems with them.
The head bolt/head gasket problems are only related to somewhere between 97 and 2001 4 cyl engines.
It is a chance though that the cylinder head gasket has gone bad the regular way that happens to some engines here and there either because of over heating or that the engine coolant hasn't been replaced on a regular basis and that the head gasket material has corroded away at certain spots.
A retorque will not help you in either of those cases but might speed up the problem.
