I'm not certain that the 1995 has the Sway Bar Link attached to the Lower Control Arm (as does my 1998) but in any case be cautious when UNBOLTING it since if it is rusted and it breaks you are looking at about $60 to replace that part (Experience is speaking here). To remove it, I think in retrospect that I would have supported the LCA with a jack stand to remove the downforce, then I would use a nut splitter to "cut" the nut off but being careful not to damage the threaded end of the Link.
