When you switch from highly stiff sidewalls on aged (stiffer yet) tires to tires with new supple sidewalls, that is what you will notice.
My original Michelin HX's were well behaved. The Pirelli P-zeros were bad and got worse with age stiffening. The Michelin Pilot Sports were a huge improvement.
The Viggen rescue kit also helps fight the squirrelies by replacing the rubber snakes in the suspension with some stiff hardware. --- I can see the wise cracks comming already!
