Brake Rotors, Pads and Antenna mast replacement Q 's!

Three silly questions from a new (1999) Saab owner please! ;-)
1) Are the rear (or front for that matter) rotors machinable on the 9-3 cars? I have a strange rotor pulse coming from the rear of all places and the Saab rotors are about $100 each. The rotors are nearly new in terms of their depth so if I could save them by machining them it would be lovely.
2) What types of low-dust replacement pads are being used with some success? I have used EBC and Mintex pads in the past on VW's and was wondering if they are a good substitute for the factory pads.
3) When replacing the power antenna mast on this car there is a small brass (I think!) cup on the inside of the top of the antenna. Without totally ruining it how does one get this mast out of the car? I am familiar with guiding it out after you raise the antenna and "keep on going" but was wondering if this cup had to be reused or discarded with the old antenna.
Thanks guys and gals!
