So my 1999 9-3 wasn't prewired for trailer lights so I have bought the Saab part # 0250214 harness but it came with no instructions. It looks like it is intended to run down the left hand side of the car with the end connector on the green wire to connect as a bridge for the right tail lights. The left has a similar bridge, plus there is a connector by the left tail light that I assume is the one I will connect so that I can actually connect to the trailer.
But there's also another bridge a few feet up that I assume plugs into one of the sets of wires packed in the side about even with the back seat. But I am not sure which one.
And the remaining purple wire must connect somewhere near the driver's foot area, but where exactly and how do you get to it?
The dealer is going to look for instructions today, but if he can't get them I'm up the proverbial creek. Can anyone help answer my questions? Thanks- JerryC
