No on the filters and plugs. Those were covered as part of the service -- although again I paid nothing at the time of the service since it was included as part of the new car purchase price -- all service to 30K.
As far as alignment issues, I don't know? But, I am sure you can refuse any service that you don't want. As for warranty being voided, I guess it would depend on what the agreed upon cause was -- faulty parts/assembly, or wear-and-tear impact. I also don't know about warranty issues, but not sure how an alignment issue that you would be willing to put off would hurt something else that was under warranty. Don't think it would.
If you are wary of charges that are not included in the service, you can always put them off for a little while and get a second opinion. If you then agree they need to be done, go ahead and get them done.
