Disappointing test drive... any comments?

I just test drove a 2002 9-3 after reading many posts on this board, and getting psyched. I was looking for an 5-speed SE w/ premium pkg, but had to test a 5-speed w/o prem. pkg, and later an auto with premium.
Positive comments: power and braking were the best I've ever experienced
Negative:
1. Demo of folding down the back seats was disappointing. My 1991 Nissan 240SX can fold down with the front seats adjusted all the way back, but the 9-3 had to push the front seats all the way forward. I don't think I could drive with the 9-3's required seat position.
2. Sway. I did an "avoid-the-invisible-squirrel" swerve, and felt like I was testing a Buick. I took the second drive with the automatic since the dealer said the premium pkg had a tighter suspension. It did improve, but only slightly. Maybe I'm too used to my tight 240SX?
3. Wind noise. I didn't notice the noise until my second test in the automatic. Besides the fact that the first car was loaded with protective plastic and stickers, is there any difference in models? (Or did I just have the radio on the first ride?) Has anyone figured out how to minimize that... it seemed to be coming from everywhere, not just a particular window or area.
4. Drift. It seemed difficult to keep the cars straight on the highway. It wasn't a pull to one side, just felt like loose center steering. It was breezy today, but not windy.
