The procedure doesn't look too bad, the problem is the tool for compressing the spring/strut. Don't have one, and by the time I pay for one I could have it done for roughly the same $$ I bet. Its not like I need a compressor tool every month or so, you know? One thing about cars, new cars in particular, all makes, is those special "tools" that you need to do a job maybe two-three times in the vehicle life, which makes it not worth buying and *surprise* makes you come back to the dealer for service. Ahh, well, can't wait for my indy mechanic to come back from vacation.
