We've just acquired some 99 9-3's for resale, sedans and convertibles, off lease vehicles so they are early production. What's the scoop on the HOT engine? Previous posts on this board say the 8th digit is N = 185hp and P = 200hp or HOT, but my 99SE's have N's? Weren't all SE's 200hp? Or were only later production '99 9-3's with the HOT engine? Does the tranny make a difference too?
